Sales Development Representative (SaaS), London
As an SDR at NoblyPOS you will play a crucial role within the sales process. At the beginning of the customer journey, you'll be the first point of contact for the customer with Nobly. And as such, you are an ambassador for the brand delivering the all-important first ‘wow’ moment.
We believe that sales are won and lost in the discovery process, therefore, an SDR must be a thoughtful people person with a positive attitude and a great sense of humour who can handle a high volume of customer interactions: and enjoy it.
A top performing SDR is capable of building a strong pipeline of well-qualified product demonstrations on behalf of the Sales Executives. The primary goal here being to win customers' confidence by qualifying well and providing expert initial guidance while positioning Nobly as their #1 value-add POS software solution.
Operational Excellence: The nuts and bolts of lead management, rapport building, communication across multiple channels, organisation, booking demonstrations & owning CRM data integrity.
Selling Skills & Product: Exceed customer expectations on every contact, qualifying the prospect, brand positioning & product knowledge.
Cadence, Team Work & Morale: Team player, hitting KPIs & smashing targets.
1 or 2 years of experience selling, ideally over the phone with a high volume of calls
Tech fan, you are passionate about technology and fast learner
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Driven, always looking for a better way to do things
