First – a confession – there were only 8 others tonight – Kubair was not with us. He did have a good enough excuse though – Mrs Kubair was in labour and about to give birth to Kubair Junior No2 – we wish them all well!
Other than that excitement, @mstafford and @katielewis66 were joined over @22to26 by @devalad, @manuelzs, @pixelpin, @paolomaffei, @Jody (not her real Twitter name), @HaloclineWorld and @jmaskell.
The issues discussed ranged from reaching out to school kids, recruiting community managers, running pilot schemes to test assumptions about customers and getting the right UI/UX people.
All tough challenges, but we think solved with the aid of others.
